108 S. 2nd Street - historic building renovation

108 S. 2nd Street

This brick building in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, was built in 1912 as the Reilly Bros. Farm Implement Store and served many other functions throughout its history.  Later part of a new tax increment district (TID) in the village, it was renovated simultaneously with several downtown redevelopment projects led by Supreme Structures. Renovation of the second floor, christened Martinson Hall, has been completed and features a new patio on the south side, overlooking the Military Ridge Bike Trail. Further build-out of the first floor of the 11,080 square foot building is planned following tenancy, potentially by a restaurant, bar or retail business, and can include a commercial kitchen.
