Alpha Xi Delta
Supreme Structures transformed a severely neglected five-story Langdon Street property into a fully restored, first-class Greek housing facility for Alpha Xi Delta at UW–Madison. The 22,037 sq ft building underwent extensive interior and exterior renovation, reviving original architectural details and modernizing the space to support safe, comfortable and community-centered living for Chapter members.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Collaboration with client, architect and property management/owner’s representative teams spread across four states
- Unique material and labor coordination with zero lot line constraints and three parking stalls onsite
- Complete restoration of the 1923 structure, including re-establishing historic elements like triple archway, fireplaces, steel spiral railing, crown moulding and French doors
- Major remediation of mold, pests and damaged structural components
- Nearly every room gutted and rebuilt with new electrical, plumbing and finishes
- Resident bedrooms converted into spacious, modern bathrooms with custom showers and laundry
- House director apartment added with private bath and walk-in closet
- Updated HVAC, exterior repairs and new concrete steps
- Recognized as the top Chapter facility in the UW–Madison Greek community
- Project completed in just five months
