Local startup Brix Cider gets on its feet with new production, restaurant, and retail space
Supreme Structures completed a full renovation and 6,940 square foot addition to transform an aging art studio into a combined production, restaurant and retail space for Brix Cider. The new 12,280 square foot facility gives the local startup room to scale operations, serve customers in a warm, rustic environment and support its farm-to-table mission, all within Mount Horeb’s revitalized downtown district.
