Supreme Structures transformed a 150-year-old former church into a luxury retail and event space for Faded Roots Boutique. The renovation revived the historic Forester Hall with structural repairs, restored architectural details, modernized systems, and custom features that honor the building’s heritage — all completed in under six months to align with the holiday retail season.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Extensive foundation, framing, and masonry repairs
Refurbished stained glass windows and restored tin ceiling
Vintage items repurposed into fitting rooms and display elements
New room added in bell tower with custom metal spiral staircase featuring song lyrics meaningful to the owner
Updated electric, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, doors, drywall, flooring, paint, and fencing
Grant- and TIF-funded project with tight timeline to limit client’s downtime and allow them to take advantage of seasonal demand
