Expansion doubles manufacturing capacity and centralizes all employees for the first time in 43 years; expands again just two years later

Supreme Structures delivered a 25,000 sq ft design-build addition for Saco Foods, doubling its manufacturing capacity and uniting all staff under one roof for the first time in the company’s history. A second 20,895 sq ft warehouse expansion followed just two years later, equipping the company to meet a surge in demand.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Custom industrial design finishes: sliding metal barn doors, glass garage-door wall, maple accents, polished concrete floors
Exposed structural elements, floating acoustic ceilings, brand-specific custom laminate and paint
Addressed site constraints including Indian burial ground and protected oak savanna; managed flooding during record rain
Warehouse addition with mechanicals specific to food manufacturing, including compressors, HVAC and pressurization systems; new road for access
