Supreme Structures partnered with Cleary Building Corp. to construct two seamless additions for its headquarters: a 6,480 sq ft three-story addition and 13,231 sq ft two-story addition connected by a skyway. The projects supported the client’s continued growth while keeping employees onsite and safe throughout construction.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Two-phase expansion totaling nearly 20,000 sq ft with modern office space and conference rooms
Interior design exposes structural rafters and ductwork to highlight Cleary’s own building system
New parking lot and driveway improvements for enhanced site access
Project completed during the COVID-19 pandemic with phased employee access to minimize disruption
Additions include breakrooms, restrooms, mechanical/storage rooms and open/private offices
