Growing cheese packager expands into renovated state-of-the-art production facility

Supreme Structures transformed a former speaker manufacturing facility into a state-of-the-art cheese slicing and packaging plant, combining 54,700 sq ft of renovation and 8,300 sq ft of new construction to support advanced production, rigorous food-safety standards, and efficient maintenance access.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Climate and humidity control plus boot-cleaning stations for improved sanitation
Washable fabric ductwork, stainless-steel-wrapped pillars, and epoxy floor finish designed for hygiene
Interstitial maintenance space above production and new electrical/transformer upgrades
Receiving dock reconfiguration allowing drivers access without having to wear personal protective equipment, and pitless dock levelers for easy cleaning
New employee areas: cafeteria, training room, locker room, uniform check-in area
Façade upgrade: insulated panels, moisture barrier, new entrances, retaining walls and shipping docks
