Design-build remodel amid COVID-19 pandemic enhances employee and guest experience
Supreme Structures partnered on a design-build remodel of KEVA Sports Center, a popular indoor recreation facility that serves over 300,000 visitors annually. The project updated critical guest and employee areas while keeping the facility operational during construction.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Design-build remodeling through the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining safety and programming onsite
- Expansion of the birthday/celebration room into a flexible community meeting space with updated A/V technology and collapsible wall
- Kitchen and concession area overhaul including new finishes, dual-service zones for adults and families, and improved layout for scale
- Conversion of locker rooms and added administrative offices to improve internal functionality and event-planning support
- Exterior upgrades: installation of garage doors on the fieldhouse and concession wing, added windows and doors for better access and natural light
