Supreme Structures built a five-story, 108,000 sq ft headquarters for Duluth Trading Company, uniting employees from two separate campuses and delivering a modern, expansion-ready workplace that anchors the revitalization of downtown Mount Horeb.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Designed for future growth up to 300+ employees
- Consolidates teams from two locations into one centralized office
- Industrial-inspired exterior with brick masonry, metal cladding and large sash windows
- Interior finishes include reclaimed wood, exposed trusses, polished concrete and structural X-bracing
- Amenities: 22-stall parking garage, bike storage, workout/yoga rooms and locker rooms
- Fourth-floor 4,000 sq ft “Canteen” employee lounge with adjacent 2,000 sq ft outdoor patio
- Executive areas, training rooms and multiple conference rooms throughout
- Built within a new downtown TID district, contributing to broader community revitalization
