Park Lofts

Supreme Structures is building a 58,560 square foot, 44-unit apartment complex called Park Lofts for developers Eminent Development Corporation and Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Units are designated for individuals aging out of the foster care system and at risk of homelessness, as well as households earning no more than 60 percent of the Dane County median income. JustDane will provide supportive services onsite. The building is designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities Criteria. Financing was supported by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA)’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, the City of Madison and Dane County, among others.
