Sjölinds Chocolate Factory

Supreme Structures renovated the local chocolatier’s first facility in downtown Mount Horeb. Achieving double-digit growth year after year, they soon outgrew their manufacturing space. So, Sjölinds contracted with Supreme Structures for a second facility – a chocolate factory – in the village’s eastern gateway. The iconic exterior features ribbed Swedish-inspired blue and yellow metal siding and a metal roof. Limestone countertops, a two-sided fireplace with limestone surround, and a tongue and groove wood ceiling stand out in the interior retail space. The facility also features a drive-through window and ample production space, including a continuously air-conditioned room to ensure the shine and durability of their chocolate products.
