Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mount Horeb

A key organization in the idyllic Madison suburb since 1887, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mount Horeb needed more space than its second building, constructed in 1962, provided.

A two-story addition was tied into the existing structure by incorporating similar exterior stucco and masonry accents. The new, functional space accommodates the still-growing congregation by adding:

• Office and classroom space
• Lower level restrooms
• An elevator and ADA compliant ramp and entry for improved accessibility
• New windows to improve energy efficiency
• Covered first and second floor entries
