Mount Horeb United Methodist Church
New space enables celebration of church’s history and continued growth
Supreme Structures built a 2,753 sq ft addition and new bell tower for Mount Horeb United Methodist Church, creating a brighter, more welcoming entry and expanding gathering and program space for the congregation and community. The project blended new construction with the church’s existing architecture and restored the original bell to its permanent home in the new tower.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Hospitality space, administrative offices and pastor’s office
- Demolition of existing steeple and construction of new tower to house 124-year-old bell from original 1904 church and shaft for future elevator installation
- Updated exterior featuring brick, stucco and metal roofing
- Narthex windows and improved front entry create a more open, inviting gathering space
