Fisher Group Blair & Gorham Historic Renovation
After ownership change, 100+ year old houses near downtown Madison updated for leasing to university students and young professionals
Supreme Structures renovated six historic homes on North Blair and East Gorham Streets, updating more than a century of aging infrastructure while maintaining the character of these near-downtown properties. The remodels modernized both interiors and exteriors to support high-demand leasing for university students and young professionals, while navigating tight lots, active streets, and some occupied units throughout construction.

TESTIMONIAL
"Throughout preconstruction and construction, the team provided accurate financial projections that allowed our ownership group to understand our options and make informed decisions. Their project development, preconstruction and estimating, and project management personnel successfully collaborated with our interior design partner, suppliers and subcontractors before and during the project. Onsite supervision was seamless. Office and jobsite personnel made it their priority to maintain safe working conditions with respect to the COVID-19 pandemic. I look forward to partnering with the Supreme Structures team for years to come."
